Visual identity
The project.
Born as a barbershop, grown into a movement.
Baus is a community inspired by daily life, a place for ideas and like-minded peers: creative, bold, and rebellious.
They reached out to Lanza Studio to build a consistent brand identity. Our solution was a graphic direction that takes inspiration from the ads, signs, brochures, and typographic compositions of the late 90s and early 2000s. The design reflects a raw yet intentional aesthetic, reminiscent of marketing that was either handcrafted or shaped by early digital techniques.
It carries an attitude of authenticity with a touch of soft rebellion. Not aggressive, not street, not overly artistic—just real. Influences from underground movements, manifestos, and cultural gatherings shape the identity, creating a space where self-expression is essential.
